interesting name O_o.. I also find it funny that you said it's strictly for yourself and others... Wouldn't that make it for everyone?

Anyway, nice piano intro. However, I think it changes a bit too suddenly with the vocal samples. But with the drums and percussion it sounds pretty nice! The saxophone is also slightly awkward. The guitar isn't as awkward, but most of the sounds that come in afterwards sound out of place. I think you need to work on your production skills.

However, you DID say it was experimental, but I have to say that this experiment failed :p

Hyperion666 responds:

Ah, it is meant as for me and others to use on non profit projects only ... maybe i should have clarified that a bit or just state the word everyone, I just don't want someone seeing the word "everyone" and think "Oh I can use this and any other he has to promote anything i make". As for the awkwardness, I'm trying out different ways to keep a flow going and agree on the sax, I don't think, even thinking in an accentric way will justify it. All in all, I think I have achieved something weirdly unique. Not saying I agree nor disagree with you, just that this is helping me get to a point of an epiphany in it's own ugly ducking or swan lake sort of way.

The drums (kick and snare) are too quiet, but I love the uplifting vibe! Nice job.

Nice, chill, and very ambient! I like it.

iLifeMusicDude responds:

Thanks, glad you liked it! this song was pretty much how i was feeling yesterday, but im all better now
xD

I think I already reviewed this track yesterday? Why did you re upload it?

kujisoft responds:

I updated the song but newgrounds don't want to update the track I think there is the bug in the project system. :)

Ha interesting soundtrack :p

Nice song, but it's honestly not trance. This would be drumstep. (94/188 BPM is still drumstep?) Other than that, it's pretty good. Overall, it's not repetitive, which I personally really like! I like the sidechaining on the kick, personally like that as well. I know you'd say you'd review my tracks if I reviewed yours, but I just like to review a lot of songs in general, so no need. Keep up the good work!

aCeta responds:

Drumstep huh? Never thought of that.
I'll see what others say - I'd just put it as general techno but that sounds lame.

Love the panning and the cutoff/resonance changes when sounds come in! It loops well too! Nice job.

aCeta responds:

Usually I like my music like how I like my food, separated but full of flavor when it comes together. Sometimes more often than not though it doesn't turn out anywhere close to what this sounds like haha!

I don't mean to be harsh, but this song could use some work.

Deidara responds:

I actually do appreciate when people criticise my work. Only if they would be more specific x;
And also it's a work in progress, so plenty of time for adjustments.

Cheers anyway

Haha great!

Quite repetitive, but I loved the (Bob Marley?) voice samples. Also, I liked the drums (which plays such an important role in DnB)! I liked the tune and chord progression. Work on changing the song up a bit!
