It sounds like you're a production beginner.
The lead sounds like a basic FM (sytrus?) of a saw or square and the bassline doesn't have any progression and doesn't match the melody, which is slightly off beat as well.
The drum beat is very basic and can use variation, just like the whole song...

You'll get better with experience and hard work xd

i made a skeleton with new beats and a bassline in FL studio and imported the .mp3 of nine circles in and tweaked it a little bit with some gross beat and a quick beat matching technique and i've used the same method on like 5 random tracks this week it doesn't take very long once you have a skeleton with a nice progression.

I didn't really like nine circles either. my kid loves it though so i made this lol. i'm more into dNb than dubstep.

the bassline and dNb beat are from my skeleton while the rest is the .mp3 with a timing tweak on it.

The main genre is Moombahcore (110 bpm) which changes to drumstep (at this case its half-time, so 86 bpm) in the middle of the drop. And yeah, I really had no other choice than labeling it as dubstep.

I know it is a bit repetitive, but you probably didn't read my news, so you don't yet know I will be making a VIP mix of this track soon :) Going to fix many things there.
